It shows as a deep sexual shame set by an exploitative parent who both stimulated the child and punished them for responding, and for not responding, a lose-lose that left them powerless and quietly enraged. The shame was installed; it was never theirs to hold. The wrong belongs entirely with the adult who did it. This is grave, and its care belongs with someone trained to help. What it asks for is to return the shame to the one it came from, and to be helped to set the trapped anger down.
